Building Department

Building permit applications for the City of Coleman may be picked up and dropped off at Coleman City Hall, 201 E. Railway Street, Coleman, MI 48618.

Hours: 8:00 am to 4:30 pm; Monday - Friday.

The Building Department accepts checks or money orders only. NO CASH.

Township Code Authority of Midland County

Is the Building Inspector for Warren and Geneva Township. Is the Electrical, Plumbing, and Mechanical Inspector for the City of Coleman, Warren, and Geneva Townships. Applications can be picked up at Coleman City Hall and mailed to Township Code Authority at 220 W. Ellsworth Midland Michigan 48640.
