Effective September 1, 2022, Market rent for a one bedroom apartment is $500.00 per month. Effective September 1, 2022, Market rent for a two bedroom apartment is $550.00 per month. A security deposit of $450.00 (of which $150.00 of the security deposit is a NON-REFUNDABLE cleaning deposit) is required before signing a lease.
